Refund Policy
Last updated: August 19, 2026
Cancel anytime
VOE paid plans are monthly subscriptions with no long-term commitment. You can manage cancellation from Settings → Billing. If the billing confirmation schedules cancellation for period end, paid access continues until the date shown and the subscription will not renew. An immediate cancellation, charge reversal, or account termination may end paid access and associated credits sooner. A manual goodwill refund follows the separate rule below and does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
First-time subscriber guarantee
If VOE isn't what you expected, email us within 7 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full — no questions, no hoops.
Renewals
Renewal charges for ongoing periods are generally not refunded, since the period's credit grant is available when that billing period starts. Unused monthly credits expire at period end and do not roll over. If you believe a charge was made in error (for example, you canceled but were still billed), contact us and we'll review it.
Failed or cancelled jobs
An unspent credit reservation is released if a queued job fails or is successfully cancelled before completion. The released amount becomes available only to the extent the underlying credit grant is still active; monthly grants can expire while work is reserved. That wallet release is not a cash refund. Completed metered work, spent credits, expired credits, and free credits are not individually redeemable for cash.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
A refund does not automatically cancel your subscription. If paid access should end too, VOE will separately cancel the subscription; goodwill refunds may leave the subscription active.
